My second stay at this hotel. The hotel is nice and quiet. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Must clean the corners better. The bathroom door, that is the door hinge looks really grubby.

Very good breakfast. The location in the countryside is great. Everything was very comfortable... excellent staff. Everything was very clean. Rooms had sloping walls on the 5th floor, but still ok for us.

IT might be difficult to find as it's located in the country. And there are not enough signs for it on the main road. 4 € for the parking lot.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful lake nearby and a picturesque forest just around the corner. It provided us with the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The room was spacious and clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We cannot wait to return to this venue in the future.

Located in a quiet forested area with plenty of opportunities to take walks, this hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with the advantage of gold wi-fi. Breakfast buffet is ample, and there's a gym and workout center nearby. Perfect for conferences and business meetings.

Guests were charged for the snacks offered and the shower was potentially dangerous as the floor was slippery when wet with a sharp corner.

Two things: the toilet was disgustingly dirty and the maid did not clean it, despite our note to do so; and the air-conditioning seemed to be only ventilation, though put at the coolest setting. Had we stayed longer, we would have called for someone to fix it. I wrote all this down before I went to breakfast on our second and last day, hoping for at least an apology. The same person to whom I handed it did not make any remark about my rather negative comments. I found that strange.

No view of canal possible... Too thin and soft pillows .. No ventilation in the bathroom.

We had a great stay at this hotel with friendly staff, outstanding buffet, and family-friendly atmosphere. The gym is adequate for a workout and the location is beautiful, with a lake nearby and forest around the corner. We enjoyed the delicious dinner in the restaurant and the big breakfast with a lot of choices.

I enyoed my stay at the hotel. The only bad point for me was its location. If you travel with a car and need to use motorway make sure you leave the hotel early in the morning as day time it can take you an hour or more to reach the motorway. To be fair I must say that if you do not use the roads outside Berlin and Potsdam you will enjoy the location of the hotel as you get a nice and quite sleep and the feel of a countryside.
